We're looking for:
men's and women's
vintage (from the early 1980s and before)
and modern (from the last two seasons)
clothing, accessories, and furniture
in excellent condition.
We buy seasonally.
“It depends on my mood, what I’m feeling,” Anyanwu says. “Designs can be artsy to just very plain. I get my ideas from looking at fabric and looking at objects and the kind of shapes I see.”
Channing Kennedy, owner of Maude Vintage, describes the clothing line Ogemon as “pretty wearable. It isn’t something that you couldn’t feasibly wear on an everyday basis.”
“They don’t do very much with just reworked clothes,” Kennedy says. “They make things from patterns they make themselves. With local designers, there are some who take existing clothes and add on, and there are some who make clothing completely from scratch, and Ogemon is that.”"
