so... I'm almost in Paris now.
I am leaving on sunday morning. It was a nice travel, 6 weeks, many good moments to remember, many interesting meetings, a lot of new ideas and projects...
The future ? maybe I'll back in Japan in July 2003, Osaka-Nagoya-Tokyo... for 3 weeks... we'll see.

I have to study japanese, work hard on marketing, record many new songs...
I was supposed to go to Boston for a marketing research conference in November, but I can't... I am not invited by the event organizers, and the price of the conference is far too expensive... too bad :(
Instead I will be in Paris, having fun re-organizing my room, playing gamecube and experimenting with my i-book...yes, after (almost) 22 years, I am finally getting a mac in late november / early december... HAPPY !

today I feel much better !
I went to the Tokyo Museum of Contemporary Art with Momus, which is VERY difficult to find (we walked endlessly in the streets and we arrived 30 minutes before the closing time !). But great Berlin 1989-1999 exhibition. The Carsten Nicolai DJ installation was funny ;)

Takeshi was doing interview for the new Qypthone all day long, and I received a copy of the new Marquee magazine from MMMatsumoto-san. Thanks !

last news: I woke up at 4 AM and went to the Tsukiji Fish Market. very interesting, very nice ambiance. check da picts soooon.
the week end ? meet people (yes, again), a cool party at Organ bar in Shibuya where I met Tatsuo Sunaga, maybe one of the most respected DJ in TYO, who gave me his next single, remixed by my good friend Takeshi Nakatsuka of Qypthone. On reste entre amis quoi :)
My record collection is getting very interesting, yesterday my friend gave me the 1986 analog of Circus Maximus by Momus !! so coool, thanks Sonobe for the great night btw !

About the music:

Underworld is everywhere in Tokyo, on radio, in shops (even at some completely random places like a combini, a rental video shop, a video game shop etc), in clubs (at Yellow on friday one of the DJ played Two months off and everybody went CRAZY, and later the same night, around 5 AM Tanaka of FPM finished his set with the full version of Born slippy ; in one word: MADNESS).
It was the first thing I heard when I arrived here, and it looks like it will quite possibly be the last when I leave Tokyo in three weeks.

bon deja je suis de retour a Tokyo, apres deux semaines a Nagoya et Osaka et une journee a Kyoto...
mais bon ca on le savait deja.
resume des deux semaines: rencontres (plein), bouffes (plein aussi), boissons (en tres grande quantite), disques (heu ca sent deja l'excedant de bagages la), femmes? (heu oui aussi)
j'ai fait plein de super photos mais bien sur c'est un peu la merde pour uploader tout ca sur le site (je rappelle que j'ai pas de iBook moi!)
meme si je suis en fait actuellement en train d'ecrire tout ca depuis un superbe iBook de l'internet cafe du virgin de Shinjuku...

et les jeux alors ?
et bien... disons que j'ai pas trop le temps d'y jouer donc vu comme c'est parti la gamecube ca sera pour une autre fois (ie des que je reviens avec mario sunshine ?). mais j'ai quand meme eu le plaisir de jouer a biohazard zero qui est ENOOORME (super beau, super ambiance, nouveau systeme de switch entre personnages etc) de la balle quoi.
niveau projets: heu plein de nouveaux trucs en fait, je ferais un massive update du site quand tout sera confirme :)
disons qu'il y a du remix dans l'air, meme plusieurs remixes ? on verra tout ca plus tard.

last night back to Tokyo, a great party at Yellow with FPM, his new single is quite different from the Beautiful album, but offers great opportunities for remixes....I would love to try to remix that.
today, waking up at 7 PM (!!!!) fuck it....
I am now at Planet 3d, and I am planning to go to a Qypthone event somewhere in Shibuya tonite... many pictures to post, I will next time (sorry!)
