where are you working ?
good questions !
I am working on my Momus remix which is almost finished.
I am trying to record new ideas for my 'Street Cred' demo cd, but I'm not happy with the result. So I spend my days listening to A-Trak and D-Styles 'Stylus wars' a crazy turntablism mix cd. And also to the new Jim O' Rourke 'I'm singing and I'm happy and a 1 2 3 4'' which is breathtaking.
I am supposed to work on new remixes for a french artist and a japanese artist, but I prefer to wait until the mix material is on my desk than discuss that for the moment :)
So where am I working ?
I am in the middle of redesigning my room (including network between PC-Mac for music) so it's a bit messy here...
but I need a clean desk to work !

I am in Paris now (in fact I arrived on October 27th, but I have been crazy busy since then).
I would like to thank all the wonderful people I met in Japan this year (you know who you are), everyone who helped me with records, food and subway maps, it was a pleasure to meet you all, and I am looking forward to see you again next year. Please come to Paris !
What's new ?
I am back at work in a marketing company.
I am also studying japanese language here.
I am working on music, a remix of Momus (but I have no idea if he is going to like it or if it will be released on day).
I am planning to do a second demo cd after the Works and reworks, maybe in late november, with new remixes and original tracks, more hip hop oriented this time.
The past 24h
I spent some time finishing my Momus remix, and starting a remix of Sweet Robots Against the Machine 'Together' which is a short electro track from the album 'Towa Tei'.
Original lenght is 2 minutes, and I did a complete fucked up jam (first time I use that kind of tools for a remix!) of 11 minutes. It needs editing, but it sounds more like Boredoms or glitch-electro than house or pop. I like that.
We went to the Les Inrockuptibles party at Rex club with Avia, The Eternals, LCD Soundsystem and Cosmo Vitelli, who's going to release a new album 'Clean' in January.
The big suprise was the Eternals performance since it wasn't a dj set but a real live !! amazing. This band is going to be the french Chemical Brothers. We left when LCD soundsystem started playing 'Supernature' by Cerrone: there are some tracks that seem to be some kind of a warning, saying 'it's time to leave', and I can't stand anymore the Bob Sinclar, disco-ish approach to dance music. Back to techno yeahhhh !!!
