Tokyo Fun Releases
At last, the long wait is over: welcome to Tokyo Fun Party, the record label.
Parties are fun (thanks for the support, I think Soft has never been like that before), but if we want to put Tokyo back on the map (whatever that means) we believe finding and supporting new artists are important. And despite our party name, we are not really focused on club music, our only criteria is good, interesting & orginal music. Surprise us, send us something.
Wednesday (TODAY!) marks the release day for our first two albums. You’ve heard about Beat vacation, I think it will surprise quite a few people. The other album is of course Chimidoro debut album, Minna no uta.

I’d describe Chimidoro and Minna no uta as ghettotech/rap even if you can’t really talk about ghetto music coming straight outta Shinjuku. Good, catchy songs, bass, stupid lyrics, and really original. If you’ve heard japanese rap before, well forget about it. This sounds a hundred times fresher than a lot of things (no, no names). Anyway, learn more about Minna no uta here.
